Representative Hanley brought up reconsideration of the vote on HCS            
CSSB 231(FIN) am H(brf sup maj fld) (page 3798).                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 231(FIN) am H                             
"An Act making and amending capital, supplemental, and other                  
appropriations; making appropriations to capitalize funds; making              
appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State            
of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and                    
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall HCS CSSB 231(FIN)  am H

Representative Porter moved that the appropriations in Section 42 from         
the constitutional budget reserve fund (Article IX, Section 17(c),             
Constitution of the State of Alaska) be adopted.                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the House adopt the appropriations in              
Section 42 from the constitutional budget reserve fund (Article IX,            
Section 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska)?"  The roll was

Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll

Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
House adopt the Letter of Intent (page 3797).  There being no                  
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
In accordance with Rule 43(b) of the Uniform Rules, the Speaker                
waived engrossment on HCS CSSB 231(FIN) am H and it was referred               
to the Chief Clerk for transmittal to the Senate with copies of the            
certified amendments attached.                                                 
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess             
until 7:00 p.m.; and so, the House recessed at 6:31 p.m.
